Wilbur Enderud Rites Thursday
Funeral services for Wilbur Donald Enderud, 84, longtime Fowler resident, will be 1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 23 at Trinity Lutheran Church with his brother in law, Rev. Harry Jackson of Pamona, CA officiating. Burial will follow in Fowler Cemetery.
He died Sept 19, 2004 in Pueblo.
Mr. Enderud was born Jan. 20, 1920, in Fowler, the son of the late Selmer and Bella Gregerson Enderud.
On July 16, 1942, he married Loretta Jackson in Pueblo.
He was a college professor at Southwestern Junior College in Chula Vista, CA, prior to his retirement and his returning to Fowler where he has enjoyed farming on the family farm east of Fowler.
Mr. Enderud was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Fowler.
Grandsons and granddaughters will serve as casket bearers.
He was preceded in death by a son Scott in 1987 and a daughter, Sherry Enderud Arnold in 1992.
He is survived by his wife Loretta of the family home, one son, Donald (Suzie) Enderud of Temecula, CA and one daughter, Jan Jarrold of Colorado Springs, one brother Orville (Jean) Enderud of Grand Junction and eight grandchildren, Kathy (Paul) FitzGerald, Michael Eames, Cyndee Enderud, Kamela Arnold, Adam Jarrald, Casey Arnold, Stephanie Jarrold and Patrick Jarrold.
