Charles H. Waterman, aka..Chuck Waters, was a TV weatherman and sports reporter from the 1950's unto 1988 at WNEM TV-5 in Saginaw, and had also hosted a locally produced kid's show called "Captian Muddy," also "Hoss and Stuff" with Mr. Waters portraying the title role. Chuck started in San Angelo, Tx. then moved to Lacrosse, Wis. and was a announcer and weatherman for WKBT-TV along with being "Jingles" for the Wild Bill Hickok show.
