Willard Norman Blair was one of ten children born to Willard Joseph Blair and Ida Mae (Lamica). He was a resident of Lebanon, N.H. for the last 26 years.
Six siblings survive him, Verden Alvin, Helen Marie, Lila Sarah, Elroy Carlton, Wallace Gerald, and Lloyd Anthony Clarence. Three predeceased him, infant Norma Veronica in 1928, Rolland Kenneth in 1977, and Lucille Mae in 1980.
He also had nine half-siblings, from his father's previous two marriages to (first) Anabel (Stacy) and (second) Eva M. (Yando): Lawrence Charles, Wilfred Carlton, George Elmer, Burton F., Daniel James, Floyd, Raymond Noah, Elvin Sydney, and Maria Beulah Myrtle.
Willie was twice married. His first marriage was to Miss Audrey Jean (Hugar) on June 5, 1948 at St. Bernard Church in Tariffville, Hartford County, Connecticut. On October 26, 1957, he married Miss Beulah Clarissa (French) in Union Village, Orange County, Vermont.
Willard and Beulah were blessed with seven children: three sons, Norman A., Willard Joseph, and Charles E., and four daughters, Margaret, Nancy Lee, Sally Jane, and Shirley. He is survived by his wife and all seven children.
