Brad was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and is the son of Philip John De Noce & Jocelyn Florence Schultz De Noce. He was a wonderful person who loved life, and was a friend to all! Brad was a graduate of St. Mary's Catholic College in Pennsylvania, and was a licensed Substance Abuse Counselor for Lutheran Family Services in Pennsylvania. He is survived by his wife, Constance Schick, of Millville, Pennsylvania, his parents, Philip & Jocelyn De Noce, of St. Petersburg, Fla., a sister, Gail De Noce Welch of Asheville, N.C., and brothers, Douglas John De Noce, Craig William De Noce, & Kevin Glen De Noce, all of California.
