As writer, he is remembered for "El Crimen de Cuenca," "Cinco Historias de Amor," "El Tercer Frente," "La Tercera República Española," "Interpretación de España," "El Gran Destino" and "La Edad Democrática." Also, he wrote several books where he explained his religious beliefs, such as "Meditaciones Religiosas," "Vida Humana de Jesús" and "El Amor Divino." He died in Quincy, Massachusets and was cremated January, 10 in Scituate.
