Writer, Journalist, Politician. He was born in Gijón, Asturias, Spain. At a young age, he was the governor in the city of Cuenca. In the beginning of the Spanish Civil War, he moved to Argentina, where he worked as journalist in the newspapers "La Prensa" and "El Mundo." In the late 50s, he moved to New York. As writer, he is remembered for "El Crimen de Cuenca," "Cinco Historias de Amor," "El Tercer Frente," "La Tercera República Española," "Interpretación de España," "El Gran Destino" and "La Edad Democrática." Also, he wrote several books where he explained his religious beliefs, such as "Meditaciones Religiosas," "Vida Humana de Jesús" and "El Amor Divino." He died in Quincy, Massachusets and was cremated January, 10 in Scituate.
