Mrs. CATHARINE, wife of Mr. Frederick C. McComas, and mother of Hon. Louis E., H.A. and Fred F., and Miss Emma McComas, died very suddenly of heart disease, on Tuesday night, the 18th inst., between 10 and 11 o'clock, at her home on North Potomac street, this city. She was in the 63rd year of her age.

Mrs. McComas was the daughter of the late Henry Angle, of Williamsport district, whose widow and mother of Mrs. McComas, is still living. She was a sister of Mr. Harrison Angle, of Clearspring district, and was also related to the Fireys, Stakes, Millers and Bombergers, of this county.

Mrs. McComas was a member of the Lutheran Church, a most affectionate wife and mother, and charitable Christian lady. She leaves many friends to mourn her sudden departure.

The funeral will take place this afternoon, at 3 o'clock; services at the house; interment at Rose Hill Cemetery.
