Leigh Leigh passed away in the raging Wimberly, Texas flood along with her mother, Laura and brother Jonathan Andrew McComb, Jr. who was often called Andrew or Jammer. Her father, Jonathan Andrew McComb, Sr. was with them and swept away in the flood also. However, he survived with serious injuries. She was the sweetest and most beautiful little girl. She was shy, but when she gave you a smile and a big hug it melted your heart. Heaven has a new princess! She attended Incarnate Word Academy in Corpus Christi where she loved her teachers and looked forward to going to school. Leighton was a girly girl who loved princesses, and of course Elsa (Frozen). Not to be mistaken, she loved the outdoors and could hang with any of the “boys”. She loved to go to ballet and also her gymnastics classes. Leighton was the most darling little girl, and when she would walk into a room she would light it up with her smile, laughter and love.
