She went to Civil Aeronoitcs Administration School in 1950S She worked at Rapid City Regional Airport in the 1950, retiring as an Area Supervisor a the Rapid City Flight Service Station.

My father knew her and spoke of her often she was a pilot and had her own plane.
She flew in the 1959 Transcontinental Powder Puff Derby. And help establish 99 chapters of the International Women's Pilot Galvanization in three states.
She was a member of the South Dakota Aviation Hall of Fame
She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister Cora Morf and her good friend Lois Saxton.
The funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 16, at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home with the Rev. Jacqui Hatzell officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Hawkeye Cemetery, in Hawkeye, Iowa. A memorial has been established.
