Rev. Frank Washington Lewis was the son of Albert R. and Emily E. (Holt) Lewis. Ella Fedelia (Whitney) Lewis was his 1st wife. They were married March 26, 185. Ella died in 1927. Lucy A. (Whitney) Lewis was his 2nd wife. Lucy died in 1933. Rev. Lewis was a minister in the Vermont Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church - was elected delegate to General Conference in Los Angeles, California in 1904 - was elected first reserve delegate to General Conference, Baltimore, Maryland in 1908.
