COOK – Arthur F. III, 51, of Beaverdale, died on Feb. 25, 2007. Born June 28, 1956, the son of Arthur and Agnes (Maxwell) Cook. Preceded in death by his parents and nephew, Dustin Popish. He is survived by his wife, Mary Cook; children, Jenny, Dustyn, and Kimmy; sister, Beverly (Cook) Prave; and brother, Ronald Cook. Also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Friends and family will be holding a private memorial on Friday, Feb. 29, 20.
