Walter worked as a paper maker at Fort Howard Paper Company for 38 years. In his retirement he enjoyed spending time with his family and was the happiest when he was with his grandchildren camping or vacationing at his cabin. His family loved hearing all his stories and Walter had many of them. Walter was loved by all who knew him. He was also an avid sports fan and enjoyed playing softball in his youth.
Walter is survived by his wife, Alice; his beloved daughters, Deena Jepson and Jodi Jonet; 3 grandchildren, Jon-Erik and Michael and Jaci Jepson; a sister, Joyce Nesberg and a son-in-law, Bryan Jonet.Also survived by many nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and friends who will miss him dearly.Along with his parents, Walter was preceded in death by, 7 brothers, 4 sisters and his mother-in-law and father-in-law.
