McCracken, 67, formerly of 59 Pennsylvania Avenue, Coatesville, died Monday at Pleasant View Rest Home, Manheim, after a long illness. he retired from Coatesville Auto Parts, where he was employed as a pick-up and delivery man. A member of Olivet Methodist Church, Coatesville, he served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
Born in Lancaster, he was a son of the late Lorenzo S. and Elsie O. Boyer McCracken. Surviving are two sisters, M. Catherine, wife of Russell D. Allen, Elizabethtown, and E. Jean, wife of Stephen J. Aument, Lancaster, and two brothers, William H., Lancaster, Jerome R,. Leola.
