SIEBEL, MELCHIOR FRANK, 94, Tamarac, FL passed away on September 15, 2010 at Hospice Unit at University Hospital in Tamarac.

Melchior was a 1941 graduate of the Louisville College of Pharmacy and he owned Siebel Pharmacy in Fairdale, KY. He had been retired in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

He is preceded in death by his first wife Ruth Siebel; brother Bernard Siebel and sister Agnes Gorgas.

Survivors include his loving wife Derna; two children Stephan A. (Donna) Siebel and Cheri (Leo) Reherman; Sisters Marie (Karl) Frick and Martha (Robert) Lampman; five grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; several step-grandchildren and several step-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, September 22, 2010 at St. Raphael Catholic Church, 2141 Lancashire Ave., with interment to follow in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation to the public will be from 3-7 p.m. Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association.
