Elwood, Nov.28---John R. Waymire, age 49, of 1915 North A. street, a truck driver for East Side Sales of Elwood, died last night at Indianapolis General Hospital thirty minutes after he had been stricken ill while driving an oil truck in that city. Dr. Otis N. Olvey, Marion county deputy coroner pronounced death due to a heart attack. The body was brought to the Jackley funeral home, where friends are being received and where funeral rites will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday with Rev. Otto C. Stroup, of Frankton, and Rev. R.E. Boyle, of this city, in charge. Burial will be in City Cemetery here.

Mr. Waymire was stricken while driving the truck at Sixteenth street and College avenue in the capital city. He suddenly swerved the vehicle to the curb, striking a parked car, but not damaging it nor the truck to any extent.
