BLOCK – Harold L., 89, Richland, passed away Sunday, Aug. 23, 2015, at Crossroads Arbutus Park Manor. Born Feb. 21, 1926, in Johnstown, son of Clarence and Hazel (Cook) Block. Preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Evelyn (Makin) Block; son, Donald Block; infant, daughter Sandra Block; brothers, Charles Block, Clarence Block and James Block; sisters, Charlotte Roberts and Dorothy Stombaugh; and stepgrandson Philip Makin.
Served in the 86th Infantry Division during World War II.
