Jerry Wayne Pickle, 71, of Josephine, Texas, passed away August 29, 2015. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, September 1, 2015, at the funeral home. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m., Wednesday, September 2, 2015, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen. Interment is to follow in Ridgeview Memorial Park.
He was born in Amory, Mississippi, to the late Ernest Pickle and Ethel (Oliver) Pickle. Jerry was very happily retired.
He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Linda Gail Pickle; daughters, Tammie Elaine Nolen and husband, Andrew, and Ronda Ann Pennington and husband, Patrick; grandchildren: Mary Blakley, Laura Jones, Andrea Nolen, and Grant Nolen; great-grandchildren: Emma Blakley, Colton Blakley, and Harrison Jones; sister, Joyce Blocker; brother, Ernest Pickle and wife, Sammie; the Deans Family; the Graves Family; and numerous nieces and nephews.
