WARSAW: Mrs. Opal Middaugh, 52, died Friday evening at the Research Hospital in Kansas City. She was born Feb. 5, 1919 in Chilhowee, MO., daughter of Gus Matthews and the late Mary Age Matthews. On Sept. 21, 1940, she was married to William J. Middaugh who survives of the home. Burial will be in the LaMonte Cemetery. -Sedalia Democrat - Mon., Aug. 2, 1971 pg.4
