Services were held Monday, September 14, at Peace Lutheran Church in Poplar with Pastor Donna Rutten officiating.
Arrangements were by Lenroot-Maetzold Funeral Home.
Joyce was born May 1, 1928, in Superior to Carl and Dora (Bryce) Bong. She was a member of Peace Lutheran Church where she was a member of the church choir. She was also a member of the P38 Association and President Emeritus of the Bong Heritage Center.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Reynold; parents; brothers, Richard I. Bong, Carl Bong, Jr., and James Bong; and sisters, Nelda Peterson, Betty Bong, and Sue Bong.
