Deacon Silas MORSE, born 26 Aug 1767 in Granville, son of Abner MORSE and Anna Church he married Helen GRANT, daughter of Captain GRANT on the 25th July 1791. Helen died 6 Aug 1801. He married (2nd) Elizabeth (OSBORN) CHIPMAN, widow of John H. CHIPMAN. She died and he married 3rd Sarah BISHOP, widow of Daniel CHIPMAN. See source for children.
