Floyd Elmer Reichert was born September 27, 1910, son of Elmer A. and Cora Oetgen Reichert of Bluff Springs. He was a veteran of World War II: a member of American Legion: and a member of Elks Club.
He is survived by his wife, Violet; parents; three brothers, Roy, of Bluff Springs, Carlos of Davenport, Iowa, and Elmer C. of Arenzville; three sisters, Mrs Maurice Jockisch of Virginia, Mrs John Taylor of Macon, and Mrs. James Rogers of Decatur; and many nieces and nephews. One brother preceded him in death.
Inquest To Be Scheduled Coroner Joe Lintner of Chandlerville and Deputy Paul Harrison have selected a jury for the inquest to be scheduled later. Jurors viewed the body today and the coroner started assembling evidence to present at the inquest next week.
