Survivors include his wife Margaret; three sons, Gary, St. Petersburg, Donald, Marion, and Robert, Columbus, Ohio; three daughters, Mary Hypes, St. Petersburg, Faye Chapman and Doris Damoto of Ohio; three brothers, Eugene, Marion, Cecil, West Virginia, and Holt, Indiana; six sisters, Elda Miers, Arizona, Ethel Ramsey, Ohio, Phala Beddow, Oregon, Florence Legg, Helen, Morton and Virginia Skaggs, all of West Virginia; 13 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
