Miss Hall taught school in the Jackson and Shawnee Counties until 1945 when she become employed by State School Retirement Board. She remained with the retirement board through its merger with Kansas Public Employees Retirement Systems. She retired in 1972.
Aunt Minnie,as she was referred to, hosted many of the Thanksgiving Dinner's and family parties.
Her home was always open when it was needed, taking care of her step mother, Ella and both sisters when it was there turn to suffer illness.
She was a member of Hoyt Chapter No. 189 of Order of Eastern Star. She spent most of her life in the Topeka area.

Survivors include a half-brother, Robert J. Hall, Holt; and a step brother, Charles W. Nauheim, Manhattan.
Interment is in the Hoyt Cemetery, Jackson County, Kansas
