ADAM WARM

STATE OF WISCONSIN-County of Manitowoc.
Probate Office, August, 3rd, A.D. 1874.

In the matter of the Proof and Probate of the last Will and Testament of Adam Warm deceased, late of the county of Manitowoc.
Whereas, an instrument in writing, purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Adam Warm deceased, late of the county of Manitowoc has been filed in this office; and whereas application has been made by Anna Warm praying that the same be proven and admitted to Probate according tot he laws of this State:
Therefore, it is ordered that said application be heard before me at the Probate Office in the city of Manitowoc in said County, on the 31st day of August A.D. 1874 at 10 o'clock in the forenoon.
And it is further ordered, that notice shall be given to all persons interested in said will, of the time and place of said hearing, by publication in the Manitowoc Pilot, a weekly newspaper printed in said county for three successive weeks, once each week prior to the time of such hearing.
