Mrs. Michael Havlichek, 62, town of Kossuth, died Monday night at the Holy Family hospital following an illness of a week.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Husar funeral home in Kellnersville, the Rev. Yaroslav Vraney officiating. Burial will be in the Francis Creek National Cemetery.

Mrs. Havlichek, nee Ann Weihemuller, was born in Newton in 1884. She was married to Henry Willert who died in 1913, and later married Michael Havlichek. They made their home on a farm in Kossuth.

Survivors are the husband, two sons, Harvey Willert of Swenton, Ohio, and Henry Willert of Mishicot; four grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Emil Pries and Mrs. Peter Brouchoud of Mishicot; five brothers, Albert of Emrick, N.D., Harry of Mohall, N.D., William of Mishicot, Adolph of Loyall, and Norman of Wyandotte, Mich.

The body may be viewed at the funeral home after 1 p.m. Wednesday.
