Mrs. Frank Wacek, 80, of route 2, Manitowoc, died Tuesday evening at the home of her son, Henry, following a lingering illness.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Saur funeral home in Kellnersville, the Rev. Richard Schmitz of Manitowoc, officiating. Burial will be in the Francis Creek National cemetery.
Mrs. Wacek, nee Anna Susta, was born in 1871 in Cooperstown and was married to Frank Wacek in 1890. They operated a farm near Francis Creek until Mr. Wacek’s death in 1923.
Survivors are a son, Henry, on the home farm; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Saur funeral home Kellnersville, after 2 p.m. Thursday until time of services on Friday.
