Chris Kimmerle, 80, who made his home at 921 S. 12th St., Manitowoc the past 10 years, died Monday morning at Holy Family Hospital, after a short illness. Funeral services will be 10:30 am Wednesday at Urbanek & Schlei Funeral Home, Manitowoc, the Rev. Paul Baufuss officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Kossuth.
Mr. Kimmerle was born in Germany, Dec. 10, 1876 and was married in Germany. The couple later came to Chicago where he worked as a waiter. Mrs. Kimmerle died 33 years ago and Mr. Kimmerle moved to Manitowoc 10 years ago.
