Esther W. Bell, 79, Wapakoneta, died at 7:55 a.m. July 15, 2002, at Wapakoneta Manor Nursing Home.
There will be no services or visitation. Burial of the cremated remains will be in Sylvan Abby, Clearwater, Fla. Arrangements are by Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville. (Published in The Lima News (OH) , July 16, 2002, Page B2)
