Christopher A. Thomas, 3 months, of 825 S. 15th St., Manitowoc, died unexpectedly Sunday afternoon, Aug. 17, at St. Vincent Hospital, Green Bay.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home, Manitowoc. Elder Wayne Bee, president of Sheboygan Branch of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints will officiate and burial will be in Kossuth Evergreen Cemetery, Town of Kossuth.
The infant was born May 17, 1980, at Two Rivers, son of Luis Tello and Laura Thomas.
Survivors include his parents, paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Gilberto Tello of Chihuahua, Mexico; maternal grandfather, Delmar R. Thomas of Dover, Del.; maternal grandmother, Mrs. Bonnie LaVole of Manitowoc; paternal great grandmother, Mrs. Magdalena Tello of Chihuahua; maternal great grandfather, Theodore A. Breider of Sheboygan, uncles, aunts and cousins.
Friends may call at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home 7 o'clock to 9 o'clock this Tuesday evening and Wednesday until the time of service.
