Joseph W. Augustine, 69, of Rt. 1, Whitelaw, died Saturday afternoon at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Saur Funeral Home, Kellnersville, and at 10 a.m. at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Reif Mills. The Rev. John Haen will officiate and burial will be in St. Anne Cemetery, Francis Creek.
Mr. Augustine was born Mar. 29, 1903, in the town of Kossuth, son of the late John and Frances Pankratz Augustine. In his early working years, he was employed at Milwaukee and later engaged in farming in the Town of Kossuth.
Survivors include five brothers, John, of Milwaukee, Martin and Andrew, of Rt. 1, Whitelaw, Michael, of Manitowoc and Frank, of Mishicot; four sisters, Mrs. Mary Grall, of Janesville, Mrs. Anna Gruber, of Francis Creek and Miss Hilda Augustine and Mrs. Clarence (Helen) Schisel, of Manitowoc; nieces and nephews. Two brothers and a sister preceded him in death.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 o'clock this Monday afternoon until the time of service Tuesday. Prayer service will be at 8 o'clock Monday evening at the funeral home.
