EUGENE BROCKHOFF

Funeral services for Eugene Brockhoff, 67, of Rt. 1, Whitelaw, who was found dead at home Wednesday by neighbors will be at 9:30 am Friday at Saur Funeral Home, Kellnersville and at 10 am at St. Ann Catholic Church, Francis Creek. The Rev. John Haen will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mr. Brockhoff was born July 4, 1898 in the Town of Kossuth, son of the late Joseph and Ida Hessel Brockhoff. He farmed on the Brockhoff homestead farm and retired two years ago. He never married. He was a member of Holy Name Society, a 50 year member of the Francis Creek Catholic Knights of Wisconsin 86 Society and the Knights of Columbus Council of Manitowoc.
Survivors are four nephews and five nieces. A brother, Paul, died in 1961.
Friends may call at the funeral home where at 8 o'clock this Thursday evening the rosary will be led by Father Haen and recited by the societies and parish members. The casket will be closed.

A petition having been filed, representing that Eugene H Brockhoff, late of the Town of Kossuth, Manitowoc County, Wisconsin died testate, and praying the Last Will and Testament of deceased dated March 22nd, 1956 (and codicil thereto) be admitted to probate, and that Letters Testamentary for, of Administration with the will annexed, be granted and for determination and adjudication of heirship.
IT IS ORDERED
That said petition be heard, at a term of Court at the Court House in the City of Manitowoc, County of Manitowoc, State of Wisconsin, commencing on the 28th day of June, 1966 at the opening of Court on that day or as soon thereafter as said petition can be heard.
That the time within which creditors of the deceased shall present claims against such estate for examination and allowance is hereby fixed and limited up to and including the 2nd day of September 1966.
That all claims against the deceased be examined and adjusted by the Court on the 6th day of September, 1966, at the opening of Court on that day, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard.
