ORDER FOR PROOF OF WILL.
First publication January 2nd. 1890.
State of Wisconsin,
COUNTY COURT FOR MANITOWOC COUNTY.
In the matter of the Estate of Franz Braun Deceased, In Probate.
An instrument in writing, purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Franz Braun of the Town of Kossuth, in said County, having been delivered into said Court:
And Theodore Braun and Anton Braun, of said Town in said County having presented to said Court their petition in writing duly verified, representing, among other things, that said Franz Braun died testate, at said Town, in said County, on the 4th day of October 1887; that said instrument is the last will of said deceased and that said Theodore Braun and Anton Braun are named therein as Executors and praying that said instrument be proven and admitted to Probate and that letters testamentary be thereon issued to Theodore Braun and Anton Braun.
It is ordered: That said petition and the matters therein be heard, and proofs of said Last Will and Testament be taken at a special term of said County Court, to be held at the Probate Office in the City of Manitowoc, on Tuesday, the 28th day of January, A.D. 1890, at 10 o'clock, A.M. of that day. And it is further ordered, that notice shall be given to all persons interested in said will, of the time and place of said hearing, by publication of a copy of this order in the Nord-Westen, a newspaper printed and published in said County, for three successive weeks, once each week, prior to the time of such hearing.
