Sister Suzanne Zuercher, O.S.B. died on June 14, 2014 at St. Scholastica Monastery. Sister was a member of the Benedictine Sisters of Chicago for 63 years. Suzanne Zuercher was the daughter of the late Clara (nee Kettenhofen) and Charles Zuercher; beloved sister of the late Eleanor (the late Frank) Holmgren, Robert (the late Isabelle), Paul (the late Ethel) and John "Jack" Zuercher, S.J. She is survived by her family and by the loving Sisters of her community. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 13, 2014 at St. Scholastica Monastery, 7430 N. Ridge Blvd., Chicago, IL 60645. Interment All Saints Cemetery at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, July 14, 2014. Memorials to the Benedictine Sisters would be appreciated.
