ORDER FOR PROOF OF WILL.
First publication May 16th '89.
STATE OF WISCONSIN, County Court for Manitowoc County.
In the Matter of the Estate of John Espen, deceased, In Probate.
An Instrument in writing, purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of John
Espen, deceased, of Kossuth, in said County, having been delivered into said Court:
And Katharine Espen, of Kossuth in said County, having presented to said Court
her petition in writing duly verified, representing, among other things, that said John
Espen died testate, at Kossuth, in said County, on the 13th day of April 1889; that
said instrument is the last will of said deceased and that said petitioner is named
therin (sic) as Executrix and praying that said intrument be proven and admitted to
Probate and that letters of administration with will annexed be thereon issued to
Rev. Geo. Brune;
It is ordered: That said petition and the matters therin (sic) be heard, and the proofs
of said Last Will and Testament be taken, at a special term of said County Court,
to be held at the Probate Office in the City of Manitowoc, on Tuesday,the 11th
day of June, A.D., 1889, at 10 o'clock, A.M.
And it is further ordered, that notice shall be given to all persons interested in said
will, of the time and place of said hearing, by publication of a copy of this order in
the Nord-Westen, a newspaper printed in said County, for three successive weeks,
once each week, prior to the time of such hearing.
