NOTICE TO PROVE WILL AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS
State of Wisconsin, County Court, Manitowoc County--In Probate.
In Re Estate of Nicholas Espen, deceased.
Notice is hereby given, that at the Special Term of said Court to be held on the 5th Tuesday (being the 29th day) of November A.D. 1921, a the Court House in the City of Manitowoc, County of Manitowoc, and State of Wisconsin, there will be heard and considered the application of Thresie Espen to admit to probate the last Will and Testament of Nicholas Espen, late of the town of Kossuth, in said County, deceased, and for the appointment of an executrix (or administrator with Will annexed);
Notice is hereby further given, that at the Special Term of said Court to be held at said Court House, on the 4th Tuesday (being the 28th day) of February, A.D. 1922, there will be heard, considered and adjusted, all claims against said Nicholas Espen, deceased;
And Notice is hereby further given, that all such claims for examination and allowance must be presented to said County Court at the Court House, in the City of Manitowoc, in said County and State on or before the 28th day of February, A.D. 1922, or be barred.
