FRANK HAVLINEK
(1859 - 1944)
Frank Havlinek, 84, died at his home in Francis Creek Tuesday afternoon, following a lingering illness.
He was born December 28, 1860, in Germany and came to this country at the age of six years. In this country, he was a carpenter contractor and had been retired for the last 25 years.
The body will lie in state at the Pfeffer funeral home and funeral services will be held at the funeral home Thursday at 9 o'clock and at St. Ann's Catholic church in Francis Creek at 9:30, with the Rev. Father Joseph Rauch officiating. Burial will be in St. Ann's Catholic cemetery in Francis Creek.
Mr. Havlinek is survived by his wife, Catherine, eight children and one brother. Daughters are Mrs. Rose Ebert, Mrs. Helen Schult, Mrs. Clara Bucher, Mrs. Marie Muller, all of Milwaukee; Mrs. Elsie Keopple of Cato, and Mrs. Laura Frishmuth of route 6, Manitowoc. The sons are Herman Seibert of this city and John Seibert of Evanston, Ill. The brother, John Havlinek, lives in Mishicot.
The Holy Name society, of which he was a member, will recite the rosary at 8 o'clock this evening.
