Ronald J. Junk, 50, of Rt. 2, Manitowoc, died Tuesday evening in Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday in Saur Funeral Home, Kellnersville and 11 a.m. St. Anne Catholic Church, Francis Creek. The Rev. James Massart will officiate and burial will be in St. Anne Cemetery.

Mr. Junk was born May 4, 1928 in the Town of Manitowoc Rapids, son of Joseph and Anna Harmann Junk. He was a 1946 graduate of Lincoln High School, Manitowoc. He married Emily Berger October 10, 1953 in St. Joseph Catholic Church, Kellnersville. The couple operated a farm in the Town of Kossuth. Mr. Junk was also employed by Kelvinator Commercial Products, Manitowoc.

Survivors include his wife; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Junk of Whitelaw; three sons, Edward, Richard and Tony at home; seven daughters and a son-in-law, Barbara and Charles Windus of Manitowoc, Beverly, Pauline, Patty, Annette, Karen and Kaylynn at home; two brothers, Jerome of Manitowoc and Arnold of rural Manitowoc; two sisters, Mrs. Robert (Adeline) Van Haren of Manitowoc and Mrs. Clarence (Mildred) Kocourek of Rockwood; two foster brothers, Lloyd Junk of Beloit and Ear Junk of Manitowoc and a foster sister, Mrs. Dale (Ethlyn) Bolle of Reifs Mills. Four brothers and a sister preceded him in death.

Friends may call at Saur Funeral Home, Kellnersville, after 4 p.m. Thursday and Friday until the time of service. A prayer service will be conducted at 8 p.m. Thursday by Father Massart.
