Andrew J. Linsmeier, age 15, of 7725 Cty Trk Hwy R, Manitowoc, died Monday morning September 11, 2000, at Bellin Hospital Green Bay, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Funeral Services will be 11 a.m. Friday, September 15, 2000, at St. Annie Catholic Church, Francis Creek. Rev. Theodore Hendricks will celebrate the Mass of Christian Burial, with burial to follow in the parish cemetery.

Andrew was born March 24, 1985, at Manitowoc, son of Ronald and Jean Burmeister Linsmeier. Andrew was currently a freshman at Mishicot High School. Andrew also had worked for the Herald Times Reporter as a carrier for the past year and a half. Andrew was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church.

Survivors include his parents, Ronald and Jean Linsmeier, Francis Creek; one brother, Brian Linsmeier, at home; paternal grandparents, Christopher (Rita) Linsmeier, Branch; maternal grandparents, Emmanuel (Charlotte) Burmeister, Two Rivers; aunts and uncles include, Daniel (Joan) Linsmeier, Branch, Steve Linsmeier, Osman, Ken Linsmeier, Manitowoc, Kim Linsmeier, Green Bay, Joan Londo, Two Rivers, June (James) Gilpatrick, Paris, Tenn., other relatives and friends survive. Andrew was preceded in death by one aunt, Jane Burmeister.

Relatives and friends may call at the Reinbold & Pfeffer Family Funeral Home, Kellnersville, on Thursday from 5-8 p.m and on Friday at St. Anne Church from 10 a.m. until the time of services. There will be a parish prayer service held at 7:30 p.m. Thursday by Fr. Hendricks.

Andrew loved antique tractors and watching the Green Bay Packers.
