Cindy M. Lorenz, age 40, of 304 N. Packer Drive, Francis Creek, died unexpectedly Wednesday morning, February 18, 1998, at her residence due to heart failure after a lifelong struggle with diabetes.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 21, 1998, at St. Anne Catholic Church, Francis Creek. Rev. Ted Hendricks will officiate with burial of her cremated remains to follow at St. Anne Cemetery, Francis Creek.
Cindy was born May 15, 1957, at Manitowoc, daughter of Kenneth and Jane Kvitek Lorenz. She was a 1975 graduate of Mishicot High School. She was a licensed beautician after high school and later attended St. Norbert College for paralegal studies. Currently for the past 3-1/2 years she was a claims investigator for Humana Employers Health in De Pere. She was a past president of the Wisconsin Veal Growers and a member of St. Anne Catholic Church.
Survivors include her two daughters, Stacy Wellner, Green Bay, Shelly Wellner, Pulaski, Wis.; her parents, Kenneth and Jane Lorenz, Francis Creek; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Terry (Melissa) Lorenz, Oklahoma, Tom Lorenz, Colorado, and his special friend, Gregg Keifer; aunts uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends also survive.
Relatives and friends may call at St. Anne Catholic Church, Francis Creek, on Saturday from 9 a.m. until the time of service.
