Mrs. Margaret M. (Dolly) Redstrom, age 75, of 130 Cherry Avenue (Francis Creek), died Thursday afternoon July 15, 1993, at University Hospital, Madison.
Funeral Services will be held 10 a.m. Monday, July 19, 1903 at Saur Funeral Home and 10:30 a.m. at St. Anne Catholic Church, Francis Creek. The Rev. Donald Schneider will officiate at the Mass of Christian burial, with burial at St. Anne cemetery.
She was born August 16, 1917, at Gladstone, Mich., daughter of the late August and Mathilda Reubens Brassick. She grew up and was educated at Gladstone, Mich., and married Reynold J. Redstrom on October 23, 1937 at All Saints Catholic Church, Gladstone, Mich. He preceded her in death on May 9, 1981. Before coming to the Francis Creek area in 1964 she was active at All Saint Catholic Church at Gladstone. She is an active member at St. Anne Catholic Church.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Cecil and Judy Hedstrom, Gurnee, Ill. ; a daughter and son-in-law, Jeanne and Bruce Wiegand, Watertown, S.D.; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Barbara and Richard Nelson, Waukegan, Ill., Carina Alwerden, Gladstone, Mich.; a sister-in-law, Maedline (sic) Brassick, Gladstone, Mich.; five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death also by four brothers and two sisters.
Friends may call at the Saur Funeral Home, Kellnersville from 4-8 p.m. on Sunday. A prayer service will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday with Father Don Schneider.
