Mrs. Agnes Schneider, 68, of Route 1, Whitelaw, died early Monday morning, March 5, at Hamilton Memorial Home, Two Rivers.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Saur Funeral Home, Kellnersville and 10:30 a.m. at St. Anne Catholic Church, Francis Creek. The Rev. Donald Schneider will officiate at the Mass of Resurrection and burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Schneider, nee Agnes Kouba, was born Feb. 14, 1916, at Fisherville, Town of Gibson, daughter of the late Wencil and Agnes Pekar Kouba. She was married to Clarence Schneider, in 1935, and the couple lived at Rosecrans until 10 years ago when they moved to their present home. Her husband preceded her in death October 1, 1981. Mrs. Schneider was a member of Maribel Senior Citizens.
Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Clarence and Shirley Schneider of Maribel and James and Ellen Schneider of Route 1, Whitelaw; a daughter and son-in-law, Mary Ann and Roger Artz of Guam; four brothers, James Kouba of Rice Lake, Henry Kouba of Route 1, Maribel, Jerry Kouba of Clover and Edward Kouba of Green Bay; three sisters, Mrs. Ann Roth of Sheboygan, Mrs. Edwin (Sylvia) Wanek of Two Rivers and Mrs. Elsie Dietz of Wisconsin Rapids and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents and a brother, Joseph.
Friends may call at Saur Funeral Home, Kellnersville, 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday until the time of services. There will be a prayer service 7:30 p.m. Tuesday by Father Schneider.
