Janice Mary, 5 1/2 months old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Sladky of Francis Creek, died Monday afternoon after a lingering illness at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 am Wednesday at Saur Funeral Home, Kellnersville and at 10 am at St. Anne Catholic Church, Francis Creek. The Rev. John Haen will officiate at the Mass of the Angels and burial will be in the church cemetery.
The infant was born Nov. 30, 1959. Her mother is the former Sara Maples.
Survivors in addition to the parents are a brother, Michael of Francis Creek; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John Maples of Sturgeon Bay; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Sladky of Francis Creek and the maternal great grandmother, Mrs. Mary Maples of Green Bay. A brother, Mark, died Dec. 21, 1958.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 o'clock this Tuesday evening.
