ALOYSIUS STANZEL
(1905 - 1939)

Alois Stanzel, 33, Kossuth farmer, died last night at the Holy Family Hospital where he had been a patient seven weeks. He had been in failing health since last July.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 9:30 am from the Stanzel's homestead on Highway 141, a mile from Francis Creek and at 10 o'clock from the St. Ann Church, Francis Creek. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mr. Stanzel was born at Kossuth in 1905, a son of the Mr. and Mrs. Alex Stanzel. He remained on the home farm and in 1935 married Miss Regina Damask. He was a member of the Holy Name Society.

Survivors are the widow, parents, Mr. and Mrs. Alex Stanzel, Francis Creek, three brothers, Emil, Rochester, N.Y., Edward and Sylvester, city; seven sisters, Mrs. Frank Sladky, Shoto, Mrs. Ernest Lange, Los Angeles, Calif., Mrs. Arthur Kelly, Rochester, N.Y., Mrs. Max Denisky, Racine, Mrs. Thomas Fagan, Mrs. Ben Weina, Mrs. Edward Rosinsky, all of this city.

The body may be viewed at the Pfeffer Funeral Home after Wednesday noon and will be moved to the Stanzel home Thursday morning.
