Mrs. Joseph Staral, 56, of Rt. 2, Manitowoc, died Monday at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, where she had been a patient one month.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Saur Funeral Home, Kellnersville, and at 10:30 a.m. at St. Ann Catholic Church, Francis Creek. The Rev. John Haen will officiate at a solemn requiem high Mass and burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Staral was born Feb. 28, 1911, at West Kewaunee, daughter of the late Peter Patek and Mrs. Anna Patek. She was married to Joseph Staral June 25, 1935, at St. Hedwig Catholic Church, East Krok. The couple moved to Francis Creek 18 years ago. She was a member of the Christian Mothers Altar Society.
She is survived by her husband; two sons, Stephan and Sylvester, of Manitowoc; two brothers, Van, of Mishicot and Edward, of West Kewaunee; two sisters, Mrs. George Crissey, of Milwaukee and Miss Victoria Patek, of Chippewa Falls, and four grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Wednesday where Rosary will be recited at 8 o'clock by the Rev. Haen and Christian Mothers Altar Society.
