Mrs. Quirin Wachal, 64, of Francis Creek, died Thursday morning at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Saur Funeral Home, Kellnersville, and at 10 a.m. at St. Anne Catholic Church, Francis Creek. The Rev. John Haen will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Wachal, nee Eleanor Kocian, was born June 29, 1910, in the Town of Franklin, daughter of the late Matt and Catherine Tisler Kocian. She was married to Quirin Wachal Nov. 6, 1927. She was employed in the office of Manitowoc Farmco Service at Francis Creek until her illness.
Survivors include her husband, a son, Wayne, and a daughter, Mrs. Norbert (Lou Ann) Gruber; six brothers, Joseph, of Des Moines Iowa, Clarence, of Rt. 2, Cato, Victor, Edward and Matt, of Francis Creek and George, of Rt. 1, Whitelaw; a sister, Mrs. Molly Cherney, of Manitowoc, and four grandchildren. A son preceded her in death.
Friends may call at Saur Funeral Home after 4 o’clock this Friday afternoon and Saturday until the time of service. A prayer service will be held at 8 o’clock this Friday evening.
