CLARA M. WAGNER

Mrs. George C. Wagner, 56, of 3024 S 55th St., Milwaukee, a former Francis Creek resident, died at 3 a.m. Friday at St. Luke Hospital, Milwaukee, following in illness of two months.
Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday at Saur Funeral Home, Kellnersville, and at 9:30 a.m. at St. Ann Catholic Church, Francis Creek, the Rev. John Haen officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Wagner was born Clara Hassemer, May 13, 1905 in the Town of Kossuth, daughter of the late Louis and Margaret Seidl Hassemer. On May 1, 1928, she was married to George C. Wagner at St. Ann Church, Francis Creek. The couple then moved to Milwaukee.
She was a member of Christian Mothers Society of St. Rita Catholic Church, Milwaukee.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Fred of Madison; two daughters, Mrs. Richard Engel of Boulder, Colo., and Dorothy of Milwaukee; a brother, Charles of Francis Creek; four sisters, Mrs. Rose Kerscher and Mrs. Frank Kerscher of Francis Creek, and Mrs. John Meyer and Mrs. Edmund Glaeser of Manitowoc; and five grandchildren. Two brothers preceded her in death.
Friends may call after 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home where the Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m.
