Born in Mayo, Maryland, She was the daughter of the late James Leonard and Thelma Ross Stallings, and wife for 35 years of the late Herman Arthur Sapp, Jr. A resident of Hardford County for 36 years, she worked at the Edgewater McDonalds for 12 years. She was a member of the Emmorton Baptish Church.
