Mr. Urner had been ill for some months, having been in the State Hospital since February. His condition was greatly improved recently, however, and relatives in this city were much encouraged until Sunday, when he was reported not so well. Word of his death this morning was a distinct shock to both his relatives and friends.
Mr. Urner was born in this city October 26, 1867, and spent his early life here. After attending Pennington Academy and then accepted a position with the Marshall Field Company in Chicago. He later became affiliated with the B&O Railroad, and held a clerical position with the railroad for about 20 years until the time he entered the hospital, having spent many years in Pittsburgh with the railroad.
The deceased is survived by the following brothers and sisters: Judge Hammond Urner and Milton G. Urner, Jr., this city; Mrs. Laura E. Gaver, Baltimore; J. Paul Urner, Sao Paulo, Brazil; Mrs. Charles S. Price, this city.

The funeral of the late W. GRAYSON URNER took place Wednesday afternoon. Services were held at the home of his sister, Mrs. Charles S. Price, East Second Street. Interment was in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. C.E. Cline & Son were the funeral directors.
