Naomi, 91, of Coldwater, died at Briarwood Manor Nursing Home.

She was born in St. Anthony, to Jacob and Philomena (Jutte) Weigel. On September 07, 1935, in St. Joseph, she married Sylvester C. Birkmeyer, who preceded her in death.

She is survived by a daughter Marjorie Birkmeyer, Coldwater; a son William (Stephanie), Oakmont, PA; 7 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by a daughter Janet and son-in-law Dick Stauffer; one grandchild; sisters Emma Schroer, Henrietta Sudhoff and Sr. M. Caroline Weigel, RSM; brothers John, Albert and Cyril.

She attended Holy Trinity Catholic Church and was a member and past president of St. Ann's Rosary Altar Sodality and St. Cecelia Knights of St. John. She was a sewing volunteer at Community Hospital since 1950 and past president of the former Community Hospital Auxiliary.

Mass of Christian Burial was held at Holy Trinity Catholic Church with Fr. Ronald Wilker, officiating.
