Celestine Muncey (Nee Wells)of 11 Ellen Ave., Babylon, passed away on March 25th, at the age of 91.
Mrs. Muncey has resided in Babylon for 70 years. Survived by her children Joan Muncey, Mary Byrne, Vivian Boyle, all of Babylon, Alice Longwell of Copiague and Joseph of Setauket, also by 15 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
A Mass of Requiem was offered by her nephew and God-Son Rt. Rev. Msgr. William Osborne of College Point N. Y. in St. Joseph's R.C. Church, Wednesday at 10:45 a.m.
Interment followed in St. Charles Cemetery. (Babylon Beacon, Thursday, 28 Mar 1968, page 15)
