Abigail “Abby” Raye Reiswitz, 13, of Peshtigo, WI passed away January 27, 2016 at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay, WI due to allergy and asthma complications. Abby had fought a battle with these her entire life. Born February 26, 2002, in Marinette, daughter of Gena Hasse and Michael Reiswitz, she most recently attended 8th grade at Peshtigo Middle High School.

Abby was involved in many school activities and was active in volleyball, softball, band and choir. She trained in the running club and participated in the Bellin Run for the last 2 years. She had also run in many other races. Abby had passion for art and music. She lived life projecting love and caring for all.
Abby had a spirit which was well beyond her years. She was a "Raye" of sunshine to all! She loved her family greatly and friends just as much. In death, Abby’s spirit lives on through her organ donation, saving the lives of at least three people.

Abby is survived by her mother, Gena (Eric Hannot) Hasse of Oconto Falls, WI;
her father, Michael (Michelle Whitaker) Reiswitz of Peshtigo, WI;
four brothers: Derek, Adam, Adin and Asher;
maternal grandparents: Raymond and Sandra Hasse of Peshtigo, WI; paternal grandparents: Daniel and Kathy Reiswitz of Menominee, MI; maternal great-grandmother, Florence Beland of Menominee, MI; paternal great-grandmother Elizabeth Reiswitz of Marinette, WI; Uncles Daniel (Christy) Reiswitz and John Hasse, both of Marinette; cousins: Walker, Ty, David and Breely; and also survived by her wonderful group of friends and classmates.

The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 2nd at the Faith Baptist Church in Peshtigo. Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m. with Pastor Jay Williams officiating.
Burial will take place at the Riverside Cemetery in Peshtigo.
